I have a set of low mileage LS2 injectors that I'd like to use for an upcoming mild cam swapped 6.0 going into a 2005 Tahoe.
I have read through he ICT billet page and understand that I'll need spacers for the height different with the fuel rail, no biggie there.
My questions are with the O-ring sizes.
For the Upper Fuel Rain O-Ring, the LS2 is .533 and the Truck is .537. Is this close enough where there shouldn't be a leak? And for the bottom the difference between the .587 and .551, I am assuming I will need a different O-ring?
Upper should be close enough, especially after it swells from being exposed to fuel. Key up the fuel pressure and check closely for wetting around the upper o-ring.
The lower is going to be tight, but still seal. Lubricate both the o-ring and manifold pocket with oil liberally before installation.

Any word if this worked ? I found a great deal on ls2 injectors and i want to swap them into my lm7 truck manifold i just want to make sure
what is the part number of the injectors?
Saying theyre Ls2 injectors doesnt really tell us anyhting.
And for trucks, the 50# 12613412's are almost the best--i say almost becuase no one says what theyre building and hp or RPMs they be turning.
Just randomly changing injectors means nothing....there has to be a why.
And dont forget the tuning that HAS to happen if you change them....
