Default Low fuel pressure issue

Something's up with my truck. Just got back from a 4 day trip in the field, truck started fine. About a mile down the road I notice that my fuel pressure is around 40. Should be 50 at cruise. Get home and its idling at 20. Turn it off. Turn the key to the on position to prime the system and the needle doesn't move. Hook up the second pump and I only get 10 psi to prime. Any ideas?

I haven't had any electrical problems since I changed a few things. Seeing 13.5v at cruise now.

That is a pretty sharp turn for that hose. I would change that fitting to a 45
