Default L59 fuel pump size? Injectors? wiring?

Hello guys it’s my first time posting here and I’m new to this, I’ll try to make it easy. I recently just purchased a Huron turbo kit and im trying to figure out my fuel system. I plan on running E85 with goals around 550-600whp, I also plan on keeping it returnless. my question is will a walbro 450 be suitable along with deka 80lbs on E85? Since they dont make a hot wire kit what do I need to do for wiring this pump on a l59? What would be simplest/best? Thanks!

A 450lph pump should be enough. Still need to figure out a regulator as the stock one won't handle that much fuel pump. Not sure on the wiring part that people may upgrade.

I'd suggest injectors other than deka's. There are a lot better injectors with great data for tuning out there, I'd spend more for a better product that is easier to tune.

I would skip the returnless and go return, 100%. The 450 will do great, provided you can find a module or are willing to modify your bucket. Use oetiker clamps and not worm gears

Also need a 2bar speed density tune, you will outflow the MAF easily, like less than 400whp easy. Depending on the year you can do 3bar and flex fuel (P59 ecu)

Both my builds have FIC injectors and both were incredibly easy for the tuner. Upload data and done, basically

Put a fused and relayed 8ga from the underhood junction block to the + side of the pump. 8ga ground to the frame. The other wires are for the sender, no need to mess with them

My truck is the 2007 classic, which drop in module would be ideal to convert for return style? My stock one? And what fic injectors would you suggest?

Injectors are based on power goal and budget. That said, realistically I suggest the largest you can afford. I have 100lbs for the Tahoe and 120lbs for the C5

Can't help you with the module but it will be the same as other 03-07 trucks. I have an 02, so I am already return

Arthur, is your 02 a factory l59? If so what pump did you use? I haven't been into a l59 bucket yet to see if it's different. Just trying to figure what 450 pump to pick for mine as a turbo is going on soon.
