Default fuel system upgrade

I need to upgrade fuel in my Silverado. I want to run the Holley dominator 12-1800 in tank. Should be the same install as the twin walbros, just less plumbing. Here are the things i need help with.
700-800 rwhp goal...

1. Ill be running e-85, so tephlon coated? If so what brand?

2. -8an feed and -6an return?

3. The pump has a -10an pickup and feed. There is a company that makes a -10an fuel sock but its 55 bucks plus the ride. It is also a offset rectangular design. Since the pump is a two in one design the pickup is centered. I think a round sock would fit better. Anybody have any idea of a -10an adapter to a centered sock or know how to piece it together?

4. Adapters? Fuel rails are the fast lsxrt -8an male. The pump is -10an

5. I want to run a racetronix harness that has a hobb switch or something to activate the auxilery pump at 2-3 psi. what are my options? anything plug and play?

6. fpr? It will have to be boost referenced. I like the look of the aeromotive. does it really matter on brand or they all the same?

7. Filters?

Ill post pics up as i go and use this as a how to. thanks for any help in advance!

1. Dont have to but feel free. Keep in mind you will need special fittings for PTFE lined, which is what I think you mean.

2. I would do -10 feed and -8 return if you are planning on e85.

3. Make work the part they recommend. If the pump is -10 use -10.

4. Look on summit or jegs, plenty of adapter pieces.

5. What aux pump? You only mentioned the holley.

6. Aeromotive is good...

7. yes.

the holly dominator is a two in one pump it looks like two walbros sandwitched together. I have a emailed holley to see what the diameter of the pump is.

I think that may be too wide...why not go with two walbro450s? Be a lot easier to fit. What year is your truck?

Truck is a 2004. The 450's are e-85 compatible correct? I can't remember if it was you atomic that did the twin walbro write up?

The good thing about the holley is that you only have to bother with 1 fuel line. No Y's or T's in the tank. If 2 450s will fit in the bucket, the Holley should as well.

Huge hassel, right?

I dont have mine out, but I dont think the hole in the top will fit a 5" pump setup.

That's what I'm afraid of. The pump can also be mounted inline. If I do have to mount it inline, how do I do the pickup?

I happen to have an 07 pump bucket laying around, measured the top and its only 4.5" wide so that holley pump will not fit.

If you want it inline I would keep the stock pump and do a surge tank with the holley.
