Do it once and do it right, a1000 or equivalent. I bought the eliminator. Or do dual 044, as was stated earlier you will always wand more power at some point. Might as well built a fuel system to handle it with ease.

Hmm, the A1000 would be interesting. Will my stock fpr be able to handle it or will it need to be upgraded?

If u are going f/I you need to build a fuel system to suite your needs. New pump, lines, filters, fpr and injectors do it Once and be finished.

OK, I get really confused when I look at some of the aftermarket FPR. I know that I will need an adjustable one that goes up to about 70#. What gets me is the lines in and out. some have 4in 1 out and what not. What would be a good FPR for a procharger D1 at about 12-13#? I like the fact that the A1000 will flow pretty much the same as two 044s and I would not have to worry about a hobbs switch. Thanks

Something like this
Magnafeul MP9950-B
Has 2 X -8AN input and 1 x -8AN return.
MagnaFuel EFI Regulator w/1:1 Boost Reference MP-9950-B-BLK | eBay

What goes to the fuel rail?

You could use a fpr like this
Aeromotive 13109 - Aeromotive A1000-6 Injected Bypass Regulators - Overview - SummitRacing.com
Run -8 hose from the pump to your rails then to the inlet side. Then from the outler (bottom) -6 back to the tank. If your gonna use the a1000 youll need filters pre and post pump and a one way check valve. Boost reference the fpr off the manifold and it will raise the psi 1:1 with the boost. That should be more then enough for your goals.

If I use a aftermarket FPR I will use the stock returnless fuel rail that I have now. So I will need to run a line form the pump to the fpr, then to the rail. and have the return either go to the stock return or run a -6 line back to the tank.

Ok gotcha, ya you could use the factory feed line as the return, I've seen that done plenty of times. One thing tho, if you plan on goin to a return style system youre gonna need different rails. There was a thread in here somewhere where they were debating the fpr before the rail on a returnless system and still running a return line. I drew a crappy pic to explain, blue is feed red is return.

The stock fuel rail has the FPR on the rail. Im now using the vett filter to regulate and return the fuel and it is before the rails.
