Default Sugestions needed to improve Horspower

Hi I havea 05 f150supercab 5foot box 4.6 2v
What I have done so far on the truck is changed the wheels and the tires
two types spring and fall full aluminum wheels for both set
spring and summer I have TOYO tire 255/R17/60 speed rated 130
fall and winter I have Coopers 255/R17/60 10inch tires
withnthat the truck rides much more efficiently than the ones ford put on.
Also I have new grooved rotors for better stopping power and HAWK PADS
performance for more efficient stopping and cooling quicker.
and K&M Mass air kit for 8.18 HSP
=============
what I want is some sort of posy action for two wheel take off not sure what I need or what to do, also I want to get header from JBA and 3 in pipe with a"Y" pipes for flares before the back tires.
====================
I wanted a super charger but they say with that motor
I have to change too many things and possible it still wouldn't fit cause I have to figure out a fuel pump cause the mustangs gt fuel pump wont fit the in for the truck pump is so.
hat I need is some more suggestions on increasing horsepower to be up to 375 or so plus a turbo so any help would be appreciated greatly PH out.

I havent looked, but does noone make a supercharger kit for you truck? I know they make them for the 5.4, I am sure they also have them for the 4.6. Anyhow about all supercharger kits come with a h/o fuel pump.
