Default got a question....

my aunt just bought a 2000 ford f250 4x4. it has the triton motor in it so im assuming its a 5.4? but anyway i just drove it just to check it out and it seemed like it had no get up and go. im pretty sure its all stock accept it has a k&n cai. is this normal for this year model to be as slow as it is or is there something wrong? i've driven older fords and a couple 05-07 f150s and they seemed alot more peppy than this one does. oh i drive a chevy usually so i pretty much know crap about fords.

thanks in advance for any input.

yes the bigger trucks that year seem to be low on power. ford takes a lot away from them.

the edge evelution is an easy way to do it. but for the same price or lower you can get a custom tune. vmp tuning does a good job and has a good price.
