WTF w/my radix pulley

I had the same issue a while back. I used a puller and the damn thing split the threaded rod for the radix snout. Had to send the whole snout in for a rebuild.
Magna replaced the threaded rod and then put the damn pulley (the one I wanted off) back on. I was back to square one and pissed
I even wrote on the pulley "take me off".
I ended up slicing the pulley near the shaft which let the puller start to slide it off. I even used a socket over the threaded part of the snout to prevent damage.
