S400 is the series and the box stock unit the rest are made from, A box stock unit its usually a 75mm compressor wheel and comes that way from BW. When after market builders like FI or Bullseye put different wheels on them, they will usually replace the 00 with compressor wheel size, ie 65mm or 80mm become a S465 or S480. S400 is just the generic name for the series,
