Default Who has an intercooler behind the grill of their 99-02 truck?

For those of you who have mounted the intercooler behind the grill of their 99-02 truck, could you post some pics and specs on your intercooler? I am comfortable cutting up the hood latch support to fit an intercooler, but would like to know what size can fit? I am hoping to not have to move the radiator back.

Thanks!

32x14x3.5 core with dual 3" inlets and the single 4" outlet... I had to lose the hood latch and notch the bottom core support but other than that I slipped right in

What are the dimensions of the intercooler? Does the 4" fit okay, or would a 3" or even 2.5" thick intercooler work, perhaps with less/no cutting?

I'm rocking a eBay 31x11.5x3 with 3"in/out. Barely had to trim inside of grill shell for a good fit

Did you cut up the hood latch support?

I'm going to run this cut all the way out so it blends in. Then I'll color-match the grille.

Looks good! Did you have to cut the hoot latch support to get it to fit like this?

Yea, if you look in the first pic, you can see how it sits under the cut support, like Atomic's. You can also see the two L shaped pieces i made that tie it into the support. There's also two tabs I bolted on to the bottom of the core support to bolt the intercooler too.
