Whipple mil flashing. Please help.

The aux injectors are still mounted . And to say the least , I am still learning about the whole Whipple deal . I purchased the truck a little over a year ago , and started rebuilding from the bottom up

You have the perfect starting point for a high pressure methanol injection system. You would need to re-pipe the system to take the auxiliary off the main injector loop and then supply the aux injectors from a separate methanol tank. It would have to have its own methanol resistant pump (it wouldn't need to be big, I'm sure that a stock truck pump would work if only it was methanol-proof), and its own regulator. the Whipple computer would spray alcohol at the correct time. Your tuner could take advantage of the alcohol with a more aggressive tune, and you would be able to pulley down and increase boost.

If you haven't already, you need to disconnect the Whipple solenoid that controls the bypass valve, and hook the bypass valve to a vacuum source which needs to be between the throttle and blower.

I will be changing the aux injectors to Methanol , Truely makes it easy ..
Thanks for the idea . Now ro find a place to mount a methanol tank
