What does the wiring harness go to on the whipple? Is it a baypass valve assist? or something like that

 

Extensions for the TPS and idle motor, a wire to the bypass valve solenoid, wires for the Whipple injectors, wires that piggyback some factory wires for sensors, and power for the system. Did I leave any out, fellow Whipple-ites?

All those wires go in the trash as far as i'm concerned.You will not even scratch the surface of the blower potential with that stuff installed.If you can afford it go with injectors and a custom tune.

 

Im talking about the wires coming from the bottom of the injector. I pulled all that crap off put some injectors and currently working the tune but my boost doesnt push past 2-2.5psi. So I was wondering if the bypass valve is electronic or electronic assisted.

 

I should be clear that you do need the extension harness for the tps,and iac.
My bypass has no wires to it but,I do have the older style two belt system.If you have a electric actuator you might have to get rid of it and go with the older style.I am really not sure though.If I get a chance I will stop by my dads and check his kit to see if there is a way around the electric bypass.

the only thing is those are all old systems whipple redesigned its supercharger a few years back. And no one answers what that those wires are coming from the bypass valve.

 

I pulled the vaccum line off the solenoid today. Instant boost. I guess that solenoid is electric assisted and opens when the whipple craptronics is pulled off.
