I have found I can build my own for alot less then buying one( but we all know this).. So far I have less then 1k in parts, just taking my time.. Stock polished crank, callies forged rods, bearings..
I will be waiting for the story man
I hope it wasn't a meth issue

Like John, I gathered parts over time and did it locally. Saved some coin but it takes a lot of time. If you need a short block ASAP, I think Texas Speed and SDPC have 370's in stock.
How many miles did you have on it? I know you have been hitting it pretty hard for some time now.

I agree I don't even have 2k in my shortblock including all machine work and assembly. Stock crank, eagle rods, coated forged mahle pistons.

Me too, and between him and Richard at WCCH, they were the best people I have dealt with. I had mine less than 2 weeks from the first time I talked to him.
