But are you getting full boost now?

 

I retapped the boost line in other location and read 6psi. I'm going to have to reroute the vac lines to see if I get the other 2-3 psi.

about boost loss im sure if you PM Magnacharger rep or Blown chevy they will go over it step by step .

i hope it is something simple but here is a small test you can try to see if you have boost leak..... the top part of the charger (rotor housing) is held to the lower part (intercooler housing) by 6 bolts 3 on each side there is a very small chance the bolts backed out creating boost leak at high rpm..

easy way to make sure is turn off truck remove belt put both hands on the top of the charger and shake it from side to side if you have any play then there is your boost leak..

 

no this will not get you more boost its only to make the radix quieter to keep you and the knock sensors happy

 

Thanks once again for helping out. I'll definetly look into that. I'm glad to see boost increase on the gauge and no more knocking. It sounded like if the motor was taking a dump.
