You're better off parting it out. Not that your truck isn't sweet, but you might have a hard time getting $4k for it, depending on condition, as it is 18 years old.

 

Yeah, pull the engine and sell it then cram a JY engine in it and sell the YUKON...

Been there done that and it is sad but true..
