UHaul specs and factory specs are a little bit different, LOL. My truck specs out at 54xx pounds from the factory, I would say no more than 5550 as it sits now.

I would guess more gain from it...those blowers are sick when you start to open up the inlet side. And you have the best elbow, just need to match the TB. cool
Ya the inlet is huge compared to my current 90mm TB. The new one should be here the end of this week so hopefully next week I'll have some more updates.

Thanks. If your ever interested in upgrading to the 3.6L let me know. I'll have to pick up one of those tanks this summer when the temps around here pickup. The one that came with the kit is a fraction of the size of Tricks.

Hutter Performance mounted the intercooler in the lower grill of my bumper where I had my old A2A intercooler.

The car wash already messed up the fins of the cooler but I found a radiator comb from JEGS that should straighten everything out.

Thanks, Hutter did a great job putting it together. We'll see how much room is left after the 102mm TB but it should clear everything.

Im not familar with his setup. What type of tensioner is he running? Any pics? I am having a little bit of belt slip so far. I'm hoping that changing over to a Gates belt will solve the issue but if not I might need something else.

I got everything from Hutter Performance. I'd give them a call corvettes are their specialty and I'm sure they could help put something nasty together for your C5.

With the beefier iron block you added about 200lbs plus a blower, so you have to be jumping around the 6k mark. It isn't going to make too much of a difference anyway with that ~650-horse monster under the hood
Yeah I was thinking about the extra drivetrain loss and the lower bost, but the I figured the extra 58ci would make up for that. I completely forgot about how conservative your camshaft might be. Sounds like it will be a very nice combo for you
Thanks, I think it really came out great as well.

Ya the block definitely added some weight up front. Your probably right about my truck weighing 6k plus. It sure doesn't feel like theres that much weight when I hit the pedal though. I'll get it weighed this summer to find out for sure.

The drivetrain loss from my 4l85 really eats up some HP. Hutter Performance had a stock ZR1 on their dyno last month that put down 516whp. So if you figure the vette's engine were in front of my transmission it would only put down somewhere around 465whp due to my transmissions extra 10% drivetrain loss. Its hard to compare the two but I think the extra CI on my setup is helping a little bit. My heads are pretty much stock L92's with some valve work and a mild cam.

Heres the ZR1 on the dyno.

i'll have to look them up. the reason i've been talking to TPE is because when i called Kenne Bell, they told me they turned all their GM stuff over to him. he's a couple weeks from having his DIY kit ready. i'm really looking forward to it!

I've noticed this in your posts and it's been driving me nuts: are you used to Fords or imports or something? Only one cam in a Chevy V8

Lol sorry about that, but ya I'm more familiar with BMW engines. Hutter Performance is also building my M3's motor for a turbo setup and sometimes I mix things up since that engine runs dual overhead cams.
