There comes a point when the TB and intake piping will be the restriction. I dont expect that to happen until he is in the 700HP range. Have fun dialing it in. From all the data available, the 102mm should get him min 45-50hp.

I'll post some more pictures up in a just little bit.
I would agree 505whp at 8lbs was a low number but that was just getting things started with a conservative tune only running the engine to 5900 rpm. They've already got the combo making 535whp just running it up to 6500 rpm's. Im running out of fuel pressure so once thats taken care of we will push it a little more. The motor is made to run at 7000 rpms. I had this combo put together to be daily driver friendly and still be able to tow my boat without any problems around the launch ramps, so the cams aren't very extreme either.
I'll post the dyno up of the latest run.
The zr1 is running a bit more boost than I am at this point and is also putting the power down through a manual transmission with less drivetrain loss. I am lossing around 30% which I confirmed by running my old engine combo on an engine dyno after it was removed.
My Denali was dynoed in 2wd.

there is alot more in that setup for sure. im surprised you got it to work with the tb and alt on the same side and made it look good. imo the belt drive needs some love , are you experiencing any belt slip as of now??
that is the 3.6 blower correct?
BTW i bet your denali weighs more than 5500lbs , my truck weighs 6k+ .

The blower is the 3.6
Your probably right about the weight. I just pulled that spec from one I found on the net, I've never had it weighed.
Heres a few more pictures.
This picture shows how small my current throttle body is compared to the blower inlet.

I love that setup! Yeah my Silverado, stone stock, would have been at 54xx pounds; with the tires I'd call it 5550 or so. With the beefier iron block you added about 200lbs plus a blower, so you have to be jumping around the 6k mark. It isn't going to make too much of a difference anyway with that ~650-horse monster under the hood
Yeah I was thinking about the extra drivetrain loss and the lower bost, but the I figured the extra 58ci would make up for that. I completely forgot about how conservative your camshaft might be. Sounds like it will be a very nice combo for you

mammoth with that TB looks funny

I would guess more gain from it...those blowers are sick when you start to open up the inlet side. And you have the best elbow, just need to match the TB. cool

Truck looks great! That's the setup I wanted to go with but chickened out when I cooldn't get anyone at KB to even talk to me about using it on a truck. The only thing I see missing is the oversized composite intercooler tank from Trick. Which HX are you using and how did it mount up?

if you can get one of the hd tensioners on there that will help a ton. joe with the tbss can probably set you up with one , it may take some minor mods to make it work but it will make a world of a difference .
