Mine does fine with 3"-dual 2 1/2" magnaflow cat back with a cutout just after the downpipe. It sounds like a monster with the cutout open, but it's a sleeper with it shut.

 

Brent do you have an exhaust clip of both ways? curious how much of the turbo you hear through the full exhaust.

 

Sorry, I don't have any clips. If I think of it tomorrow I'll get a couple both ways.

 

i have 4in exhaust with a magnaflow muffler thats 16 in long, sounds real sweet through the the turbo expessually when she gets wound up and moving

 

so you all agree with on the 4" setup

sorry cant buy the borlas from you Zach , this time arround I need a sleeper exhaust with a noticable tune , because I want it to be a good daily driver , not as it is right now, if i drive in narrow street all the resedent complain about my exhaust

 

Got my whole 4" kit from Diesel Performance systems for 325 to my door. Quality parts, love the sound, wouldn't change it for anything. Modification required of course but it's nothing rocket science.
