ON3 76mm would be a great choice for the $. What are your goals?

I have a master power 70mm .96a/r at 7psi on a stock 5.3 and it is spooled up at 2500rpm. It's a front mount but gives you an idea.

450-500 at the wheels. Those ON3 turbos are on ebay for 300 all day long. I assume they have journal bearings. Is garret the only one that has the ball bearing design? How many miles would the ON3 last. I read about cheap chines turbos only making it 5-10K miles before they eat them selves up. Not saying that is a crappy Chinese turbo haha just curious, b/c the price seems to good to be true.

I realized a spooled turbo around 1500-2000rpms is not realistic, or it would fall flat on its face around 5000 rpms from the tiny turbo being max out. What stall are you running with your turbo. I do a lot of city driving so I'm not a fan of big stalls on my dd

2300 stall in a built 60E. Drives like stock aside from shift kit.

Check out borg's s300's. Good prices, plenty of sizes, awesome power capability, and they are one of the most known and reputable names in turbocharger manufacturing.

I would look into something in the 66-70mm compressor range with a .96ar or a little smaller turbine housing.

I have a couple for sale that would work perfectly. A Turbonetics TC78 .96 and a Masterpower T70 .81. Shoot me a pm if you're interested in one.

Could I get by with out an inter cooler around 6-7psi?
