If I never go longtubes I would be doing a front mount but since I have them don't want to get rid of them.

I was checking out sts $5000 for the kit RIPPPPPP OFFFFF but they are running t67 so I wasn't sure to go a little less or a little more in size

You can run a rear mount with headers. A t67 will work just fine and spool quicker than a larger turbo.

Would the stock fuel system work at 5-6psi with a good premium tune?

I was thinking about y piping the headers into a 2.5" single tube and heat wrapped if necessary

You will need larger injectors and a better pump.

I had alot of fun with the 67 with .82 ar. 70 would have worked also. 60 wouldnt have had much top end. I did 60s inj but didnt really need that big at 8-9 lbs. Have fun!

I had a gt67 on a sts kit in my Firebird a long time ago. It made 505rwhp on 6psi and spooled really quick. T70 or gt67 would be my vote.
