what exhaust/size are you running with Turbo

The aftermarket kit I used had clamp on hangers so most of them got canned or modified. With welded on hangers you would probably need to cut most of them off or heat them up and bend them around to get them to hang where they are needed.
99 2wd 5.3 RCSB From my DP I used a 4" braided flex joint to isolate the exh system from the motor, a good flex point. Then it's a few ft of the straight tubing to the muffler which is round with centered inlet and outlet, then the tailpipe and tailpipe extension. It gets close by the spare tire, not that it's too close, just that you need to take your time and line everything up well so that when it supported by its own hangers it doesnt sit against the spare. The 3/4-1 tons have taller frames so everything has more room than on a 1/2 ton.
It's just tubing, should be no conflict gas turbo or diesel, the muffler happens to sound nice so I am running it, if it was too loud, quiet or restrictive I would have just swapped it.

Whenever I get my turbo on I will be going 3" dp into 3" cutout then 3.5" back from there. Vband on the cutout so I can pull it and put a 3.5" cat on if I need to pass inspection or just want extra quiet when going far.

Im gonna try out 3" first and see how it goes. i can always just unbolt it and make a 3.5" setup and if i dont like it, i can bolt on the 3" stuff..
Its gonna be an expensive exhaust setup
very little pipe and alot of mufflers.

3" will get it done...
Here's one way to do two mufflers. This is a picture from my stock DriveShaft removal at 100MPH+. Anyways, you should do a cutout, there's going to be some days you'll want a little extra sound... Good to have the option. What brand mufflers you going with?

It's a Summit-Racing cutout and don't get it. I'm on my second one and I still have issues. It closes on long WOT pulls. If I leave it on at the track, it will be 75% closed at the end of the pass. It's because of the angle of exhaust hitting it forces the valve closed. Garbage.
Yeah the Borla took one for the team on keep the DS going out the rear and not taking out a rim/truck/me.
