Like most of y'all know I'm in the middle of starting my turbo build on my 03 silverado. It has a stock 4.8, as far as the kit, I have gt45 turbo, doing a log style setup so I have that figured out with crossover and all the hotside piping. I also have my intercooler and all the cold side mocked up. I have 52# injectors with pigtails and adapters. I have both bov and wg with a 4-5# spring
I also got the tune stuff settled out with hpt. I have efan setups also. I think this is all I need but idk. Would I need vacuum block even tho I'm not using a boost controller ? Tune will be SD so I have my iat sensor where it should be

Also, is a oil catch can really necessary ?

 

Fuel pump
You will need to figure out a PCV setup, catch can or breathers
Turbo oil feed and drain
Gauges

 

Forgot about the fuel pump lol I have that settled also lol, thinking of taping my timing chain cover for drain. And above oil filter for feed

 

^ that would work, i run an upgraded PCV valve on mine, TB block off, passenger side cover has a breather
