Default This is what happens when a 102mm turbo lets loose.

This isn't truck related but I thought some people would like the pics. My girlfriends father has a pulling tractor with a compound turbo setup. The air goes in 2 102mm turbos, and then into a single 108mm turbo. Well at the Enderle pull off in September this year one of the 102's let loose. It split the wheel in half, and threw debris out the front and into the other turbo.

His tractor is called Desperado and it starts pulling at 32 seconds.

The 102's make about 50 PSI. The bigger one is compounded to 110ish.

Probably 3000 or so with a lot more torque if I had to guess. Good luck finding a dyno to handle that.

100-200psi is normal for high level compound setups. should be well over 3000. 2000+ has been done with a single on a 5.9 based cummins.

oops, i was talking diesel engines, not alky.
