There is lag but not real bad. Most of that is due to it being a manual tranny and not an automatic with a 3k+ stall that would lessen lag a ton. I have yet to run it much with the problems i've been having to say much. But I like it so far. The hp peaked at 5200 on the dyno. That was with the cut out closed. We will see how things go, eventually. I should have it running again next week.

i like the Livernios kit my self, seen pics of both, and I'm not to keen on the under the truck mount. But thats just me cause i go offraod a lil bit. plus theres seems like there would be alot of loss for that much travel from the turbo to the intake.

Go with a front mount system and use a 67mm DBB unit. Will spool very fast and support more hp then base turbos, or upgrade to a TC series unit with Ball bearing in the 70-72mm range.

im running a rearmount right now- just a small t04e 60trim- once i get a built cam/head 8.5:1 comrpession motor in there im going to a 62-1 turbo---- rearmount work great- i have one and love it- but mine is custom-

when i get the built motor done i might be going to a front mount turbo.... not sure yet

Check the vehicle classified section. There is a certain blue silverado that im sure would more than satisfy your need for a turbo in there. You could have fun handing your buddies with ferrari's their asses!
