i have quit a bit of belt cause it was the same belt i was using when i had the 3.7 on and i remember having no problems getting the belt on with the 3.7 pulley . what size belts are you guys running with your 3.7 pulleys?

I scribed my tensioner at max/min tension and split the distance in half. Came out to need a 113" belt. This has worked for me for 3 yrs. now and no belt issues. I'm running a MP112 but this may work for you.

I had nothing but trouble with gator back belts, would puke them every month. I have since switched to gates, with great success.. I had an old style bracket but switched the pulley( idlers) configuration to get max belt wrap.. I am running the stock tensionor also.. The Reichard Racing pulley is nice, but hear they tear the **** out of the belts, you do not get much life out of them(belt) Now I need to get off my lazy *** and slap my IW 8 rib pulleys on..

113" seems long for your app. I run a 112.5 and running a grandpa 4.38" pulley. New belts will stretch quit a bit with the tensioner fully compressed I had to pry it on with a screw driver. Removed it to replace bearings in idlers a week later and same belt went on by hand.
