Default Vortech Twin Screw 2300

Does anyone know anything about these? I searched everywhere and only found 1 person who has one. Are they any good?

I am not that familiar with them, they look nice but as you have found they are not very common yet.

I think vortech said they will make about 450 crank HP using their tunning with that blower.

Much like the Whipple systems, not nearly as popular as the Eaton/TVS units. They are Lysholm superchargers which were what Whipple used before they developed their own twin screw systems. I'm sure they work just fine and indeed, the few folks who have installed them have been pleased with them. If one can be found for a significantly cheaper price than a TVS system, I would recommend snapping it up.

It just rolled over 14000 miles.
Mods to date are:
Lysholm 2300
3.25" pulley
Alky Control Methanol injection
Frozenboost heat exchanger
MTI racing plug wires
AC 41-104 plugs
ARH 1-7/8" headers with catted Y pipe
OEM 4" Duramax exhaust
Coan 2800 stall triple disc lock up converter

I haven't ran it at the track since May 2012. I'll be taking it out again this May to see what it does, should be a good number I figure.
