I'm thinking the 2300TVS would require two of those. I wonder if they would work better in series or parallel

if the stock tb was causing a restriction, then yes, the stock box removal didn't help much.
we're probably upgrading to a 100mm tb, 4" tube, customer said joe recommended this.

I'm sure it'll do some good.
LMFAO pics? were they dead??

the valve still works, moves back and forth like it should.
The Whipple's bypass actuator has a port to operate it with vacuum on one side of the diaphragm, and one for pressure on the other. Is the Maggie's actuator like that? Even if it doesn't, if Brian said it will handle pressure, who would know better?

I am not sure how the bypass is setup on the Maggies but my KB's bypass is run off a port out of the tub which sees vac/boost. As long as the diaphram in the bypass can handle the positive pressure under boost, I would think it would work better the way you have it setup now.

Just an update.

Installed the new throttle body and stock maggie tube and box, i think it helped 1 psi.
Put the bypass valve back to factory routing, lost boost again, so we're keeping the bypass valve on the boost reference side.
I just wanted to see if it was a restriction or bypass issue, guess we know.

Building a simple 4" tube, mafless, with cone filter, gonna see what that does.

so far, boost was 13.1 peak, it actually makes boost at low rpms now, like the old 112 used to. Boost levels out around 12psi now, 11.8 for sure.

truck is feeling much better!
