TVS19000 on 5.3 - what else to go w/it?

How can I get in touch with Joe @ Leftcoast32? I've read few posts from other members here regarding blower cam and someone recommended Guerra Group. I filled out the paperwork, paid 25 bucks to have it specked for my application. Maybe they will help me purchase one as well..

PM sent. Like I said in my previous post, I paid $25 to have new cam 'calculated' by someone at Guerra Group. But now that I think about it I don't think I've mentioned anything about DOD or VVT. Engine is stock throughout, which I indicated, and I hope they will deduce the rest.

Two thumbs up for Pat G - seems like everyone who worked with him had an exceptional experience. Then I'll definitely go with what he'll recommend. Maybe he'll sell me springs and pushrods along with the cam.

I don't think he "sells" anything other than his expertise. He might recommend the other cam related items, but the cam is the tough part.

That's cool. I just wanted to get some good advice on the most important thing and once aided with this knowledge I can gather parts myself.

There is a guy on LS1Tech who's selling 6.0L motor build for boost. Compression ratio is 8 (or 8.5). What's the lowest compression you guys recommend for use with TVS1900? I've read some posts stating that with such low compression you'd need a lot of boost to make a move. That it would be a dog off the line. This model, with smaller pulley, will probably be too small to produce satisfactory results?

My LQ4 @ 9.4-1 is Lots of fun, I think the LQ9 @ 9.8-1 would be even more fun with a 1900 Atop it.
That 8.5 motor im betting would love 13-15 PSI.
