Default TVS19000 on 5.3 - what else to go w/it?

I'll be installing TVS1900 on practically (had a ProCharger installed before) stock, 5.3L, Gen 4 engine. I was wondering what else I could do to enhance this setup. I'll be putting new cam as well. What heads would you recommend with this? Headers are worthy upgrade?

You will need to match the heads to whatever the blower manifold is, either rectangular or cathedral. Cam and headers + full exhaust are good upgrades.

Gen 4 suggests you may already have 243 heads so maybe a port job and some long tubes. Other then that gears, driveshaft and transmission upgrades.

Curious why you changed superchargers? Headers are definitely worth it, aswell as rest of the exhaust system, and the stock 243/799 heads flow well enough if you want to keep the budget within reason, maybe get the exhaust side worked on.

This (TVS) was purchased for that specific truck (07 Tahoe), it's cathedral for sure. I was just wondering if some sort of upgrade to these stock heads would be worthy.

Transmission is taken care of but out of the other three (long tubes, gears and driveshaft) which one would have the biggest bang for a buck? This is 4x4 so set of gears would be at least $1000 (plus installation), long tubes would be cheaper, I'm not sure how upgraded driveshaft ranks here.

Cool, that tells me something (about the heads i.e.). I don't want to spend money on something that will give me very limited return like spending, say, $1500 on ported heads and not being even able to tell a difference.

I'm taking ProCharger down because it produced no boost whatsoever at low rpm. This was single most disappointing mod I have ever made. I never cared about how much it can produce at the top. I wanted it see it at work between 0-60/70 mph not see it kick it at 60 and higher rpm. Maybe it would perform better with the torque converter that I'll have installed too but it's too late for that. I have made up my mind.

The driveshaft is fine unless you plan on going 130+mph or do high stall launches on slicks. Get a good tune, cam, headers and exhaust. What gears are in there now? I have 3.73 and it's a perfect blend of low-end pull and highway cruising.

#1-Smaller pulley... 3.1" or smaller.

#2-Cam.

#3-Gears.

#4-Long tube headers with straight-through exhaust.

#5-Bigger throttle body, tube and MAF.

No, I will not be going over 130. I don't see myself going over 100 very often for that matter either but I do care how fast it get to a 100 . This is supposed to be fun, aggressive street truck. Tune will be done by the same guy who will do all the installs. Made me a great deal on all-in-one installation package.

Gears are stock; I'm not even sure what the ratio is. 3.73 were probably optional on my model so most likely I have 3.42. The car is so uninspiring from the line that it's total waste of breath to talk about it. I wouldn't mind swapping the gears if it would make sense for my application. I may add that I'll have 3200 stall with new transmission.
