I still suspect it’s an alignment issue.

i concur doctor.

even if it doesnt solve the issue should laser align all blower setups using belts.

it might still be the alternator or other pulley cause it maintains a faster inertia than the rest of the pulleys.

I had a belt chirp with the Whipple when I would let off quickly.

What was happening was my crank pulley was spinning ever so slightly. I found that out when I reached down to see if my crank bolt was tight and it was missing.

When I pinned the crank that chirp stopped.

Pull the belt off and flip it around and see if anything changes.

Happy to report that making no other changes besides going to a continental gator back belt in the stock Magnuson length of 109.8 inches completely solved the squeak it's now been about 500 miles and a week with multiple early morning cold start ups!

Yes combined with an inner feeling of relief that I don't have to chat with my neighbor about why the "hot rod" (as he puts it) belt squeeks like a Taurus lmfao.
