IMO too much intake duration and not enough lobe sep. Check into LS9 cam. I just installed one in a 09 GXP G8 and a TVS 1900. It is ridiculous. The higher intake duration may make more dyno power but the torque curve(seat of pants feel) might disappoint you. I took a similar cam out of my truck for this same reason 224/330 581/588 on a 114. The cam I now have in my sig makes tons more torque.

I agree...a 210/230 or even a 215/230 would be better, on a 116-118 LSA.

i had a gt-7 208/230 .5xx/.5xx 121 and i did not like it at all. it pulled pretty hard down low...dead in the mid range and OK up high.

then i went with a 224.228 .570/.570 114 and it was really good throughout the rpm range. felt good off and on boost

what are the specs on the LS9??????

LS9 cam 211/230 intake .56? exhaust .55? on 122.5 LSA. A&A stage III cam .218/.232 .562/.574 on 117 LSA.

Will the LSA and LS9 cams work in the GENIII engines? Do they have the reluctor ground into the rear of the camshaft?
