Got my maggy HD tensioner, going to get it powder coated to match the rest of the engine and get it installed.

Looking at putting on a 3.2" pulley with a IW 10% overdrive crank dampener to start along with the injectors and other pulleys. Still working out the tune in the base setup. Also going to do plugs, thinking 2 heat ranges colder for 10psi+?

You need to weld water pump pulley on or it will spin off under boost, and do not weld it on the motor remove it ...

Thus far I swapped spark plugs, added ID1000s and got my larger heat exchanger tank installed. 8 rib pulleys are on order and im need to get that tensioner coated and thrown on.

I need to look up the belt length needed for the 10% OD and a 3.2" pulley as well. Just got my tune file back from BBP for the injector and pulley swap. Pics to follow.

Is this to protect the electrical system? I was not aware of this.

I am questing you'll need a K081092HD depending on what idlers you have.

I have the 90mm ones. Not sure if it will be long enough or not. I run a K081088 with my 2.9 pulley. I think the 1092 would work for you seeing as though you have some wiggle room with the adjustable idler. With a 3.2-3.4 I used to use the 1092
