Update:

Truck is running, got a boost gauge on it and working on the tune now. Sent a tune file to Justin as we still have the P0016 cam position code which im hoping just needs to be disabled and the cams not actually off 1 tooth. Truck starts and runs good for a baseline tune. Once Justin looks at the data log hopefully I know more about this code as he told me he has not had to disable this code on VVT deletes before, but I have seen on the EFI live forums that it needs to be disabled so I might just pull the front cover when I do the 8 rib swap for piece of mind.

Also I ordered a walbro 450 that I plan to run returnless (been in discussion with another member on how to make this work without major bucket mods or T fittings). Also ordered nylon braided lines for my trick heat exchanger tank and fittings. Ill post up some pics of the parts for the water tank.

The Braided line is 3/4" -12an and the 90 degree fittings are -12an as well. The bushings are -10 to -12 fittings as the trick performance water tank has -10an fittings on it. Planning to get this installed and started on the water meth injection this weekend while I wait on word from Justin on an updated tune. For my meth injection im planning to utilize the stock washer fluid tank as most do and relocate the washer motor up to the SUV location. I will try and post pics as I go on this as well.

There is absolutely zero benefit to keeping it returnless. Actually, you'd be going backwards due to the work needed to get it to work. Make sense?

This is a forced induction deal. It really needs a 1:1 ref regulator on it.

The reason i was planning to keep it returnless was the ease of install and not running a new fuel line and regulator. Seems to be a fair number of guys out there running them returnless without many issues.

Good luck, typically the 450 will overpower the stock regulator in a returnless setup and cause idle pressure to be very high. If you have a FPCM then its a different story.

It is very little extra work to convert to return. You're gonna have the tank out and apart anyway. Do it right the first time or spend double the money.

I have no regrets going return, fueling is so much easier to control with big pumps and injectors.

I had a 450 running in mine wirthout issue once the venturi was opened up.

I will say that you you still run out of pump early with a returnless system as opposed to a return style. My 450 goes a lot further in its current return configuration.
