what boost you seeing with the 2.6 pulley? how much power you putting down?

That pulley is for the new motor, have a 2.9 on now and see 15.5psi with a 102mm throttlebody and phenolic spacer and port matched lower tub.

i have seen the following boost levels with 3 pullies:

3.3" and stock crank pulley and idlers - 8psi
3 2" and 10% OD crank stock idlers -10-10.5psi
3.0" and 10% OD crank and metco 10mm -13-14psi
All are with a ported lower manifold and my cam, header, exhaust setup. Boost drops a lot with exhaust cutout open. Im wondering if a 3.0 is safe on stock flex pump with meth.

Tell me abouy the spacer, mainly for heat soak?

I am running a 5/8" spacer. It helps with heat soak some and mainly raises the intercooler off the lower tub a bit to help when pushing it harder. There is a fine line IMO. I think too much spacer is detrimental but that's just my opinion.

Truck is running good. I tjink i have a bearing going out on one of the Metcos or on the HD tensioner, going to check this week. With warmer weather im at 11-12psi @ WOT seeing fuel pressure at 45psi. I need to put limiters straps in next and maybe a driveshaft swap. She pulls hard for what it is, no clue on HP #s, any guesses?

One question, i noticed my fluid pump was not pumping, while trick was running, before i start digging is it temp related or continues pump for the heat exchanger pump?

Hhmmm 11-12 pounds i would estimate it to be 575-625 whp maybe. You need a fuel system and E85 to have some more fun. Keep me posted on what you do on a driveshaft. Maybe we can get a better deal if we ordered 2 at the same time.
