I remember reading a thread about you having some oil burning issues. Did you ever get that addressed or is that still a problem especially now with the turbo? I might be thinking of someone else but I thought it was u. Nice set up though, can't wait to hear some power numbers, also what A/R size are you running?

Hey TurboGibbs, you need to change your name now! Is this the manifold setup you had cracking problems with or was that one you fab'd yourself? Or was that someone else?

Congrats Chris and welcome to the Fabulous Lifestyle of Turbos. There's no going back.

Not going to change the name again. Just causes confusion.
Yeah, I welded the **** out of the manifold and it hadn't re-cracked.
Turbos are cool but you CAN go back

I still have not been able to fix the oil burning problem. The only thing I have left to do is replace the valve seals on the driver's side. I have deleted my PCV system completely, sealed all the intake rocker bolts, and run compression and leakdown tests...and replaced valve seals on passenger side, nothing has helped. If the driver's valve seals don't fix it I'm going to try to talk TSP into replacing the heads. I don't know where else the oil could be coming from.

Thanks!

I'm getting the tune dialed in, only seeing about 3psi at WOT, and up to 5 at part throttle. It feels real healthy even at those low boost levels. I'm going to try to find a boost controller here locally on Monday and try to crank it up to 6 or 7 psi and see how she feels. I can brake stall and build about 4psi before the tires start to turn over, haven't tried it in 4wd yet, but it seems like a little bit of boost is really gonna wake this motor up
