The RFL AKA "Really F'in Loud" is pretty much the golden standard in the 4 banger world if your looking for a really loud valve that blows off at even the lightest of throttle. My friend had one on his STI and I personally couldn't stand it. If you accelerate at all, get ready for a loud phhhhhsss when you let up.

I run a tial valve and again in my opinion it's one of the better sounding and performing valves out there. It only makes sounds when it's got something to vent, the rest the time it's quiet.

I run the older style Tial. The new school stuff (2008+) is the "Q" style. Still a v-band 50mm valve, just redesigned and supposed to flow better.
