I got my KBRacing pom poms out just for this thread...
Just don't make the mistake I did . I thought the turbo lag would help with my traction problem, WRONG!!! But 65 MPH rolling burnouts are FUN ! ! !

I was thinking of Prochargers. Some Vortech blowers share engine oil, some are self contained.

If you tryed to go 100k on a procharger without an oil change....you wouldn't make it to 100k

Ive often wondered bout the longevity of a SC. Ive worked on several 18 wheelers that had well over a million miles and still kickin on the factory turbo.
Its a different animal but its still a turbo and gets worked hard everyday all day long.

Just had to throw that out there.

I personally like a turbo. I was plenty happy with the Rear mount 60mm turbo i ran for a few years that only cost $2000. Lookin to go front mount with a KBracing and BW 72mm when money allows.

When you do decide on what your goin to go with you have to address the next possible issues for the all new found power. Transmissions start hating life as they know it.
Stock Fuel system is limited on flow.

Theres more to the equation that needs to be looked at.
So before you get in over your head, its nice to read and learn from everyones hard earned mistakes.
Good luck!!
