You just need to be aware of your crossover pipe and wastegate placement if your going to run kb/trick kits, especially if your going to drag frame on your truck.
You also need to be aware of your driveshaft, carrier bearing (if equipped 2pcs driveshaft), and pinion angles when driving fast.

What I should have said is I don't understand the question.
I now think I understand and the answer would be.
Yes, leaving the line and shifts would be of the concern. Again shocks effect that not what is holding the weight of the truck. You could use marshmallows with the correct shocks you would be ok.
