Flex Fuel

Can us guys with “Old Trucks” convert to run flex fuel? Sorry if this has been talked about before I’m still New to this site. The fuel pump and injectors I bought are “E85 safe” what do I need to run E85? I’m guessing the fuel sensor and a different PCM ?

Great! I ordered the sensor and an HP Tuner so I should be set. Just have to figure out where to wire in the sensor
