The 67 is probably a little on the small side. I'd go with a GT70 to be sure. On my 408 it spools as fast with headers as my 67 did with stock manifolds...
Get in touch with Trtturbo on pricing. Billy tell you exactly what it will cost, but I think the kits MSRP for 3750 + the turbo upgrade. I know the 70s are a bit expensive, but not sure how much the kit cost would go up (I upgraded later).
