Better bite the bullet early. Go ahead with a 80e swap and tow on OD
I fought the problem for a year, towing with alot of torque thru a 60e is not considered reliable.

Just tryin to give fair warning.

I went thru about 15 transmissions in 13 months and finally figured out how to swap the 80e. Now id tow 10k everyday and not worry bout anything.

I had a rear mount 60mm and towing was so much easier. Never unlocked the converter or down shifted when pullin a hill, needle would hit 6psi and keep cruising.
