Is the turbo flange just "tee'd" into the hotside, allowing both banks to fight each other for flow?

 

Certainly looks incomplete but I can see how they are running it, driver side drops down and forward, pass side exits in the rear and the pipe brings it up to the front to mount the turbo pretty much smack dab in the radiator. Fitment on a truck...not likely.

 

Get a KB or Trick kit and save yourself the hassle of trying to make that work.
