3 inch downpipe to 3" in/out long magnaflow running over axle exiting stock location. I ran it just dumped after the muffler for about a year and it droned like hell in the cab with the windows up. I took it back and added the extra pipe exiting the rear, wow what a difference. My wife will actually ride in the truck now. Probally gonna add a cut out eventually.

If you have a tractor/semi supply store locally they should have some. Its about $28 per bend here but that's not stainless. You only need about 3 45* bends to go from the downpipe back to the axle depending on how long the legs are on the bends.

yea i was thinking about trying a tractor supply store actually one day but im trying to get parts ordered so i can just start building as soon as i get back from this long trip im on right now. and that burns stainless site is exactly what im looking for thanks for the help 03 Denali!

I made my new 3.5" exhaust out of a stock duramax system. Picked it up for free from the local classifieds. Turned out pretty good.

Bringing an old thread to the top, is there good clearance for 4" piping between the floor and crossmembers? If 4" is gonna bang around and be a hassle I'll be doing 3" or 3.5"
