Hot damn well I’d be more than happy if I could come close to that. iirc you had a completely stock 5.3 at around 10psi? I remember you said the boost went up but then your tuner turned it back down to 10 something along those lines

i'm running a vs racing billet 78/75 with a 3" downpipe since that's the size of the turbo exhaust outlet. i have a boost reference exhaust cut out *loudvalves* i built into my downpipe. see pic. i have the downpipe connnecting to my stock cat back for quiet idle.

installed in the truck my cut out exits just behind the rear of the front passenger side tire.

my cam is a 228/230 585 lift 112lsa elgin cam marketed by jegs. take a look at that cam or the summit stage 2 turbo cam. similar specs but reportedly better idle vacuum and a bit more top end. keep in mind i'm running a 5.3 and if you are using a 6.0 the cam will be a bit milder.

i'm using stock fuel rails and dekka 80lb injectors. i used nylon spacers and longer bolts to make up for the taller injectors.

fuel pump- a $100 walbro 450lph pump in the stock pump basket.

after i installed the new fuel pump my stock FPR couldn't control the fuel pressure so i switched to an external FPR. a pqy from amazon for $30. had to clip a few coils off the spring though. there is a guy on ebay that sells a block off for the rail mounted FPR. Atomic Fab sells one as well.

Ah okay that kinda helps me sort through some things. I have decided to stick with my cam and am going to turbo next year and acquire parts and the like. Probably dropping again this year and painting, finishing all the optics.

I will look into that walbro pump I think that is the one I was looking at before, I have like a 235 in my garage but obviously can't use it lol. I do like the cutouts though looks good. I think I am going to do cutouts with a Borla XR-1 exhaust I just have not figured out which one since I am not sure what the difference is between all of them I just know that I am swapping out my current exhaust setup. Looks good though man thanks for letting me know your info, how much are you putting down hp/trq wise? and at what psi?
