turbo blowing off my fmic pipe?

the intercooler pipe im using dose not have a flare on each end like a hump right so it wont slip off that easy i got a diy kit and made all the turns and welded all the alluminum pipes and my hose clamps are just standard hose clamps? could i mess something up once i fit this problem because it sounds real loud when them pipes go off ? all the pressure is going to go threw the blow off valve not to the engine or what? thanks for allthe help guys...

High on diesel fumes

A little trick I did was flare the ends of the pipe with a blunt punch. the tip was about 3/8 in dia. I would set the pipe on some wood and hit the inside of the pipe with the punch. Rotate the pipe alittle and hit it agian, It made nice little flares. It's cheap, and it seams to work good. I do have t-clamps, but I haven't put them on yet..
