Clean the joint really well, make sure there is no oil on it, and if it still won't stay together, spray some hair spray on the parts before your slide them together and it will "glue" it and help keep it together.

well I dont know how different turbos and radix's are, but Eddie (la riddler) is running a radix with a 224/224 112lsa cam and he is barely pushing 4PSI boost cus of safety issues.

The cam has nothing to do with his pipes plowing off of the turbo setup.

the pipe does have a flare or something to it right? you're clamping it properly by squeezing the hose down on the far side of said flare to the point you see the rubber bulging on each side? T-bar or worm-drive hose clamps??...

it really help having a flare on the tubing that the hose clamps on. are you using t-bolt clamps or standard hose clamps?

T-clamps ftw.

That cam is fine for the boost you are running -- plenty, in fact. I ran a stock cam with more compression and no FMIC (although meth) and 11psi. It's all in the tuning.
