Whichever you get grab a couple since they all break down over time. Ive tried a bunch of different ones and the nicer ones last longer, but not enough to justify the price premium IMO.

Well I was just informed by Rick@Trick that my setup will come with one so I have some time before I have to worry about the next one. Esp considering how often my truck gets driven.

I don't have a huge belief in turbo blankets to be honest. Everything around a big turbo is going to get very hot regardless. Turbo placement is much more important. If i was still turbod id experiment with metal shields. People make them out of pots.

No way would I not use one, even if its a cheap one. I ran my setup without any wrap or blanket once before just around the block a couple times and the heat it put out when I opened the hood was incredible.

**** will start on fire after it dries out, even inside Reynolds Wrap. I would try insulation inside foil instead.

Congrats on selling the blower setup.

Interesting video, especially towards the end when they read results from a more scientific experiment on a 6.7 cummins.
