I had a similar idea for using it and wondered what else you could use this stuff for, but for headers like in the video i think its mostly worthless unless you just need to shield something close..

Yup, something like that but with foil on both sides like an insulation sandwich lol
It is also not as bulky as that product shown, making it great for tight places
