Default turbo almost done

well i almost have my trick front mount installed. i'm having O2 sensor issues. one of the bungs that my buddy welded on is all goobered up. the other one for the wide band has to small of a hole for the wide band. the narrow band should fit but its kinda far back. would it be ok to lengthen the wires a bit so it will fit? if so this would save me a ton of time. i would only have to weld one more bung on vise two.

On the little hole problem, if its in the DP and away from the turbo, just get a grinder out. and make the hole larger. The other problem if its not too bad you will need a tap to chase the threads, but if has huge amount a weld on the inside you will need to drill out and then rethread.

Nice talking to you yesterday,,,,, looks like your almost done..

I keep an old o2 sensor to screw in the bung when I weld it. It keeps the threads from getting damaged.

well i just welded a new bung for the wide band and stock narrow band. was easier. i put the stock narrow band about where it is stock and the wide band about where the B2S2 was stock.

Thats pretty much what i did, hung the old sensor to where it would reach and marked it with a sharpe. Put the WB sensor about 1-2 feet passed the end of the DP.
