what kinda boost and power can i get out of my 4.8 with stock bottom end?

and what turbo setup should i look into?

i really dont care for the sts. seems as if it would be cheaper building or buying a kit that fit in the engine bay...

I've made over 500rwhp and ran 12+ psi on my mostly stock 4.8

anyone know what a crew cab should run with 500whp? prolly be on 33-35s though. with 4.88s

wish i didnt have a crew cab. that extra weight sucks...

guess i needa look for a 6.0 block. and nice cam for the truck.

anyone think the t 56 swap is gonna be worth it

 

Depends on what you want. Autos will be faster at the track, but if you like driving stick then it might be better for you.

 

unless you go custom, you cant have a t56 with 4wd

 

Don't do a turbo 4.8 crew cab with a T56. Been there, have the t-shirt.
